A Swedish massage session is performed with the client lying on a massage table while the therapist stands above them and manipulates their muscle tissue with a variety of strokes. Traditional thai is a type of massage therapy that is similar to the Swedish Massage, but that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains, and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Yoga body work is unique and very effective! Traditional Thai massage is really a deep, full-body treatment, starting at the feet and progressing up to the head.
